1. For your dog’s comfort and safety, severely matted coats may require a humane shave. Dematting beyond 10 minutes will incur a fee of $2 per minute.

2. Behavior and handling fees will be applied when extensive extra time or safety precautions are required. A bite aggressive dog will be immediately terminated from the grooming station for their safety and ours.

3. Late pickup. We understand life happens and offer a 15 minute grace period beyond your pickup window. After that, a $1 per minute fee will be applied. 60 minutes is $50 extra.
